Super Easy Banana Bread

Banana bread is one of the most easiest thing I've ever baked. It's super delicious and it smells so good! I found this banana bread recipe here. It has the perfect amount of sweetness and banana flavor. My mom rarely asks me to make something for her to eat...actually this is the only thing she ever asked me to bake for her lol. She complimented on how she prefers this over bakery ones. It all thanks to this recipe. I highly recommend giving this easy recipe a try! =)

Super Easy Banana Bread

Ingredients:

4 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt

9" x 5" loaf pan

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a potato masher. If you don't have one, use a fork. Its ok if there's small chunks of bananas that aren't mashed.

2. Preheat oven to 350°F.

3. Add melted butter to the bananas. Mix. Then add in sugar, vanilla extract, baking soda, salt, and egg. Mix. Finally add milk, and mix.

4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan. Drop the pan on the counter gently to get rid of any air bubbles. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes or until golden brown. Use a toothpick or bamboo skewer and poke it in to test if fully cooked. If it comes out clean, Its done!

Transfer the loaf pan on a cooling rack and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
